It's hard enough to deliver work well when there are competing priorities, oddities in the architecture, and stakeholders who are supporting multiple systems at once. Don't add a dysfunctional team to that list!

Through coaching and mentoring, let me help you improve your facilitation skills. I'll work with you to:

  • establish relationships with your team members, colleagues, stakeholders, and the other folks who you need to work with

  • build a reasonable cadence to keep planning, reviews, and retros on schedule, and well-facilitated

  • help you identify metrics that your managers and directors will care about
